In partnership with the utility, the first-of-its-kind government owned company received FERC and CAISO approval and work has begun to enhance the existing transportation capacity throughout their jurisdiction. The project not only provides substantial revenue for the government but also helps meet the State and Federal goals for working within underserved communities.

Advanced Manufacturing and Technology

With limited federal funding for the foreseeable future, there is a growing opportunity to leverage capital though public-private partnerships with local, state and federal governments. The US is looking to accelerate investment in advanced manufacturing technology, especially by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. This includes early procurement by federal agencies of cutting-edge products. PACE tracks these opportunities closely for our clients, and can identify available resources for your company or organization.

Manufacturing

With an increasingly global economy, manufacturing is no longer limited or regulated solely by the United States. PACE advises several multinational clients with bases of manufacturing operations here and around the world on strategy and compliance issues. Through strategic alliances with national organizations, PACE brings experience and contacts to assist companies
in pursuing opportunities.
